I only have eight contacts on Find My People: six family members, one friend from high school, and a coworker friend. Right now, there are dots in four countries: USA, China, Korea, and Peru. The last person on the list above is in Korea, but their location is either not working or turned off.
Unfortunately, everyone outside the US now is on a trip; everyone actually lives in the LA area.
